RETURN POLICY


It is very important to us that you love your new Hat Rebel piece! 
We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage & handling). 

As we do not offer refunds, we ask you please be mindful when choosing your new HR hat. Please note: Products that are damaged or defective will not be qualified for any store credits or exchanges after the 3rd day of product(s) delivery. It is important that you notify us within 3 days of product delivery of any damages or defects with the product(s).

All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition. All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed, and you will receive updated tracking information for your exchange order. If you had requested to receive store credit, after receipt of the returned product, you will receive an email indicating your store credit and all necessary information to use the credit at a future time.

In the event the item requested sells out, you will automatically be issued a store credit (minus returns shipping fees, where applicable)

All customers are to cover the cost of return shipping for reasons not related to damaged/defective products. We highly recommend using a trackable service to track the progress of your return.

The shipping cost for defective/damaged products will be covered by Hat Rebel. Please email us at info@hatrebel.com within the first 3 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged/defective item along with your order number and a brief description and images of the issue, and we will issue you store credit or exchange your product for a similar item.
