WHAT ARE THE HATS MADE OF?
Hats are commonly made from a variety of materials. Wool felt hats are commonly found as they imitate fur felts without the high costs of fur. Hats can also be made from materials such as polyester, fur, and mixed polyester/wool. For a better understanding of what each HR hat is made from, see the product description.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE HAT WILL FIT ME?

CAN WOOL FELT HATS GET WET?
Wearing our wool/felt hats in light rain is perfectly okay, our hats are made to be durable and withstand rainy days, however wearing them under heavy rain or leaving them out in bad weather conditions for a long period of time will damage the hat.

Make every effort to keep moisture away from your hat. When wet hats dry, they typically alter slightly from their original form. As a result, rather than laying a hat flat to dry, it is preferable to hang it. You can waterproof your hat with a variety of techniques.

WHAT TO DO IF MY HAT GETS WET?
If your hat gets wet, we recommend patting it down with a towel or dry cloth to soak up the excess water in order that it does not lose its shape. Allow for your hat to air dry naturally and be sure not to use a hair dryer or any sort of heat since it will cause the hat to shrink and lose its form.

DOES HAT REBEL RESTOCK ITEMS IF THEY ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
All of our hats are limited edition as we believe our hats are as unique as our customers. We restock some styles by popular demand and try to do so within 3-8 weeks of becoming unavailable. To be notified when an item is back in stock, please go to the item and click 'Notify Me When Available' and follow the prompts. If the item is restocked, you will automatically be emailed as soon as it is back in stock.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of now we unfortunately do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For all details on return enquiries, please head over to our “Returns” page. Please note Hat Rebel does not offer refunds and all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact info@hatrebel.com right away if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes/cancellations

WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEM?
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact info@hatrebel.com within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and order slip you received with your email correspondence. If not reported within 3 days, a replacement/store credit will not be issued. We do not accept any exchanges or store credit on items that have been worn or appear to have been damaged by the customer.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Please allow us 2-4 business days to process and pack your orders. As soon as your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email along with your tracking number. Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
